This 1983 Audi Quattro is one of approximately 664 examples produced for the US market and is said to have been acquired by the current owner’s husband in 1999. Now showing 76k miles, it is finished in Port Rose Metallic over brown leather and powered by a turbocharged 2.1-liter inline-five mated to a five-speed manual transaxle, an all-wheel drive system, and locking center and rear differentials. Equipment includes 15″ Ronal wheels, a sunroof, a rear wing, power-adjustable side mirrors, air conditioning, cruise control, power-operated windows, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM/cassette stereo. This UR-Quattro is now offered by the seller on behalf of its current owner with partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Massachusetts title in the current owner’s name.

The car is finished in Port Rose Metallic and features boxed fender flares. Additional details include a sunroof, a rear wiper, and rear wing, a coupe-logo heckblende, and Audi-logo decals along the lower portions of the doors. Photos in the gallery show a scuff on the rear bumper, faded clearcoat, and other blemishes around the vehicle.

Gold-finished 15″ Ronal R8 wheels are mounted with Nitto NT460 tires. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and the seller notes that the right rear caliper sticks intermittently.

The front bucket seats and the bolstered rear bench seat are upholstered in brown leather. Audi-logo floor mats line the floorboards, and appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, power windows, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM/cassette stereo. The dash is cracked, the front seat upholstery is worn, and the seat heaters do not work.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 155-mph speedometer, a tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for boost pressure and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 76k miles, approximately 13k of which have been added under current ownership.

The turbocharged and intercooled 2.1-liter inline-five was factory-rated at 160 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque. The engine control module is said to have been replaced, and the most recent oil change was in 2022.

Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The center and rear differentials can be locked by the driver via a dashboard-mounted knob. Rust has perforated the mufflers.
